Problem-Solving Research Festival (Research Pitch)

The Problem-Solving Research Festival (Research Pitch) is designed to identify and foster competition among researchers in technology-related fields. It aims to enhance collaboration between member companies of Pardis Technology Park and academic researchers, scientists, and scholars. The festival also seeks to attract high-potential individuals and teams to the country’s technology and innovation ecosystem by showcasing the support capabilities of Pardis Technology Park.

This festival focuses on the following seven domains:

  • Future Healthcare and Medicine
  • Advanced Equipment, Machinery, and Materials
  • Artificial Intelligence and Robotics
  • Information and Communication Technology
  • Food and Agriculture Industries
  • Water, Energy, and Environment
  • Oil, Gas, and Petrochemicals

Event Objectives

  • Bridging Research and Innovation: Create a systematic link between scientific research and the country’s technology and innovation ecosystem while recognizing and supporting active researchers in problem-solving studies.
  • Promoting a Problem-Solving Culture: Foster and spread a culture of applied research with practical impact.
  • Facilitating Scientific Research: Build a platform to facilitate research, improve skills, and encourage the development of knowledge-based businesses.
  • Encouraging Research Dynamism: Stimulate research-driven development within the academic community surrounding Pardis Technology Park.

  • Graduate students, university professors, and academic faculty members.
  • Researchers active in national research centers.

Supporting Applied Research by Pardis Technology Park

  • Empowering Research Teams: Strengthen research cores within member companies.
  • R&D Support: Provide financial and operational support for research and development projects.
  • Prototyping and Commercialization: Assist in prototyping and commercializing research outcomes.
  • Incubation Opportunities: Offer opportunities for talented researchers to join and be hosted at the Nokhbegan Technology Incubation Center.
  • Grants for Students and Projects: Provide non-repayable grants for selected students and projects.

  • Markazi: December 18, 2024
  • North Khorasan: December 25, 2024
  • Gilan: January 1, 2025
  • Kerman: January 15, 2025
  • Khuzestan: January 29, 2025
  • Tehran: February 13, 2025
  • Northwest (hosted in West Azerbaijan): February 27, 2025

Final Stage and Closing Ceremony

The final stage and closing ceremony of the inaugural Research Pitch event will take place on the fourth day of the INOTEX 2025 exhibition, on May 2, 2025, at Pardis Technology Park.
